companion SG is a discovery and information service focused on curated companionship experiences in Singapore. Listings, profiles, and editorial content are provided for general information. The Platform does not guarantee availability, pricing, or outcomes of any introduction or off-platform arrangement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: harassment, unlawful solicitation, scraping or automated access without permission, distributing malware, impersonation, or attempting to bypass access controls. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
5. Third-party links
The Platform may link to third-party sites or messaging channels (such as WhatsApp). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, branding, design, text, and software on the Platform are owned by companion SG or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, companion SG disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
